They were referred to me by my realtor. They were very prompt and I felt like they were honest. Someone came out in the morning and I had a question about my air conditioner so the owner came out later that afternoon to take a closer look for no additional charge.

I live in a 1947 house and the heat was not working so they give me various recommends as to what I could do to make it better. Their prices were fair and they arrived on time, they did their work and they followed up.

I found them on Angie's list. They did pretty well. I was happy with the outcome. The new unit has been great on savings on my utility bills. They did have some young guys with them learning. There were a couple of places on the vent that we did go back and fix. I will use them again.

We have a home warranty. We just bought the house, so we have to go to where ever they send us. They send us to Justice Inc. They did a good job for us. I only had to pay $60 for the visit and also the insulation as it was not considered for the warranty, but I cannot remember how much. We were happy and had no complaints. I would probably use them in the future.

Came shorlty after calling them. The technician was real friendly and explained the problem and gave me options on how it could be repaired.
He was at my home for no more than 40 minutes.
This is the second time I have used them with the same results - great!

Called in the morning and came out a few hours later. Overall had a positive experience. I had called three other companies unsure of really who to call. Not one answered the phone or returned my call until I called "Justice A/C." I appreciated the fact that the owner was working his tail off to get jobs done and had a bunch of calls to respond to during the day. Considered how hot it is outside and how hot it can be inside when air cons are not working properly, as I write this, I am soooo cool and comfortable, what price do you place on comfort? Thanks for coming out and responding so quickly on a mucho caliente dia. Justice has been served!

Twice this past summer our A/C unit stopped working. We called our home warranty company the first time and were given another A/C company. When we called they scheduled us for an appt. 2 days later. The temp in our house was already in the 80's so they gave me Justice Inc. number and when I called they had someone at our house in a couple of hours. The next time our A/C went I requested Justice Inc. from our home warranty and had the same prompt, polite and professional service from them. I will be calling this company for regular maintenance and any problems.
